Liz is a practicing Physical Therapist with more than 35 years of experience helping people recover from injury, restore mobility, and remain independent. Before beginning her healthcare career, she competed as a gymnast at a high level through college. That athletic background, combined with decades of clinical experience, gives Liz a practical understanding of performance, rehabilitation, mobility, and healthy aging.
